DVD RETURNS, REFUNDS, & SHIPPING

The Barnstone Studios will only accept returns of defective DVD merchandise. The Barnstone Studios must authorize all returns. To be eligible for a return, your DVD item must be in the same condition that you received it.

Please send your DVD return request to barnstonedvd@gmail.com with your order number and list of DVD items you would like to return. Upon receipt of a confirmation email, pack the DVD merchandise in the original package, if possible, and include a copy of your return authorization and receipt.

We will credit you for returns, accompanied by an original receipt, received within 30 days of the purchase for the price paid in the original form of payment. Your DVD item must be in the original packaging.

Once we receive your DVD item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. You will typically receive the credit within 3-4 business days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your DVD item. Shipping and handling charges are non­refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

DOWNLOAD REFUNDS

The Barnstone Studios does not offer refunds on Downloadable merchandise. All sales on Course Downloads are non-refundable. If you have an issue downloading or viewing your purchased course(s), please contact us immediately for assistance.

ON-DEMAND SUBSCRIPTION REFUNDS

The Barnstone Studios does not offer refunds on On-Demand Subscription merchandise. All sales on subscription services are non-refundable. If you have an issue streaming the subscription service, please contact us immediately for assistance.
